I absolutely loved the location of the hotel, nestled in the forest on the slopes of Mount Etna. The view from both the roof terrace and my room on the 9th floor was simply breathtaking. Being able to admire the city and sea from such heights was a truly remarkable experience. Additionally, the hotel provided easy access to beautiful places nearby, making it a perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. The staff, particularly the receptionist, was incredibly sympathetic and beautiful. They made my stay even more enjoyable. I also appreciated the unique offering of salt items for breakfast, which was a pleasant surprise.
Nothing, it's perfect.

It was the cheapest hotel available that still was a hotel and not a B&B.
Not very modern. Lights in the hotel room didn't work when I returned to the hotel from dinner, they had to turn them on from the reception, which was quite odd. Breakfast was a disappointment, basically just a coffee and a cornetto. Not what you expect from a hotel next to mount Etna and where international trekking travelers are likely to come. But the price was good.

The hotel had a good location near the famous attraction. Free parking was provided and the staff were friendly. the room had a comfortable bed and a nice view.
The hotel was very noisy and the walls were thin. We could hear our neighbors and the street noise.

Located on the hill slope of a famous volcano, providing fantastic views. Interconnecting rooms with a balcony offering the best views ever.Friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to accommodate our needs.
The breakfast lacked variety and was unappealing. The hotel facilities and amenities were not up to par with a 3-star rating.

The location of the hotel was perfect for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of Italian cities. Situated on the eastern slope of Etna, it provided a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. the breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes, stretching from the mountain to the sea of Catania Gulf, made it an exciting and picturesque area to explore.
The breakfast options were quite limited and did not meet the expectations of international trekking travelers seeking a hearty meal before their adventures.
